Cave Sealing Engineer

Job information:

1) Carry out technical design and research on sealing of underground energy storage caverns;

2) Carry out research and design work on sealing artificial tunnels, abandoned mine tunnels, salt caverns, and other underground tunnels as high-pressure gas storage containers;

3) Responsible for the sealing research of compressed air energy storage underground gas storage engineering, including but not limited to the sealing of gas storage caverns, end seals, pipeline inlet and outlet seals, etc;

4) The research content includes but is not limited to the comparison and selection of chamber sealing forms, research on sealing materials, research on sealing methods, economic and feasibility evaluations of different sealing methods, etc.

Job requirements:

1) Major in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc., Master's degree or above is preferred;

2) Engaged in sealing and waterproofing related design and research and development work in underground engineering, tunnel engineering, municipal engineering, etc. for 3-5 years, with priority given to experience in sealing pressure storage chambers;

3) Having complete project experience, leading 2 or more related project design and research and development work;

4) Proficient in theoretical research, numerical simulation, experimental research, and patent writing.
